A few quiet notes on how and when your order will arrive.

Launching soon.

Checkout is not open yet, and nothing is charged. Leave your email in the bag to join the waitlist, and we will write to you when it is ready. Once orders open, payment is taken at checkout and we will email you when your parcel ships, with tracking. If a ship date moves, we will write to you honestly and as early as we can — and you can cancel for a full refund any time before the parcel ships. Our refund policy covers the rest.

Where we ship.

Worldwide [TODO: confirm and list any excluded countries]. If your country is not available at checkout, write to [email protected] and we will see what we can do.

What it costs.

UK prices include VAT. Standard shipping within the UK is a flat rate calculated at checkout. Orders over £120 ship free within the UK. International rates are shown at checkout based on destination. We do not currently offer same-day or express options — partly because our first run is small, and partly because we would rather get the packing right than rush it.

Processing time after launch.

Once we are shipping in-stock pieces, orders placed before noon (UK time) on a working day usually leave within two to three working days. We do not ship on weekends or UK public holidays. Delivery times after that depend on your destination — typically two to three working days within the UK [TODO: confirm carrier], and seven to fourteen working days for international orders. Tracking is included on every parcel.

Address changes.

If you need to change a shipping address, write to [email protected] within 24 hours of placing the order, or before we email you a shipping confirmation — whichever is sooner. Once a parcel has left us, we cannot redirect it; you will need to wait for delivery and use the carrier’s redirection tools, or reach out to us if it is returned to sender.

Customs, duties, and taxes.

For orders shipped outside the UK, your local customs office may charge import duties, VAT, or handling fees when the parcel arrives. These are set by your country and are the recipient’s responsibility (Delivered Duty Unpaid). We mark all parcels honestly at their full value. [TODO: confirm — if you decide to pre-collect duties at checkout (Delivered Duty Paid), rewrite this section.]

UK customers do not pay any additional duty on delivery; VAT is already included in the price you see.

Lost or delayed parcels.

If your tracking has gone quiet for more than a week, or the parcel says delivered but has not arrived, write to [email protected] and we will help sort it. We will work with the carrier and, if a parcel is genuinely lost in transit, send a replacement or refund — once the carrier has formally confirmed the loss.

A note on packaging.

Each piece arrives in a soft box — quiet enough to give as a gift, considered enough to keep. We try to use as little packaging as the parcel needs to arrive in the same condition it left.
